Abstract
A vehicle control apparatus includes a processor. When the processor receives a first signal indicating that a payment of a debt for a vehicle is not properly made, the processor is configured to restrict one or some of functions included in the vehicle in response to receiving the first signal.

A vehicle control apparatus comprising a processor configured to execute control such that at least an electronic toll collection system wireless device included in a target vehicle is disabled when the processor receives, from an information processing device, a first signal indicating that a payment of a debt for the target vehicle is not properly made.
A vehicle control apparatus comprising a processor configured to restrict one or some of functions included in a target vehicle when the processor receives a first signal indicating that a payment of a debt for the target vehicle is not properly made.
