Abstract
A front door comprising a metal door frame and a resin door outer panel whose outer peripheral portion is attached to the vehicle outer side of the door frame, wherein the outer peripheral portion is slidable with respect to the door frame by a length shorter than a difference between an amount of thermal expansion of the door outer panel and an amount of thermal expansion of the door frame.

A vehicle outer panel assembly comprising:
- a frame made of metal, and
- an outer panel made of resin, an outer peripheral portion of which is attached to the frame on a vehicle outer side, wherein
- the outer peripheral portion is slidable with respect to the frame by a length shorter than a difference between an amount of thermal expansion of the outer panel and an amount of thermal expansion of the frame.
