Abstract
A device for locking hinges which join a pair of vehicular elements together said device including a first and second portion for attachment to vehicular elements including apertures, a limiter, an actuator and a pin, wherein the pin upon insertion through the apertures links and pivotally connects the first and second portion is disclosed.

A device comprising:
- a first portion for attachment to a first vehicular element comprising a first aperture;
- a second portion for attachment to a second vehicular element comprising a second aperture;
- a limiter forming part of the first portion;
- an actuator coupled to the limiter and the first portion;
- and
- a pin;
- wherein
- the pin upon insertion through the first aperture and the second aperture links and pivotally connects the first portion to the second portion.
