Abstract
A liquid ejection head includes: an element substrate including an electrode terminal; and an electric wiring substrate including a wiring portion electrically connected to the electrode terminal. The electrode terminal is arranged in an end portion of the element substrate, and in an end portion region between the electrode terminal in the element substrate and an end portion of the element substrate, an insulating member is arranged between the end portion region and the electric wiring substrate.

A liquid ejection head, comprising:
- an element substrate including an electrode terminal;
- and
- an electric wiring substrate including a wiring portion electrically connected to the electrode terminal, wherein
- the electrode terminal is arranged in an end portion of the element substrate, and
- in an end portion region between the electrode terminal in the element substrate and an end portion of the element substrate, an insulating member is arranged between the end portion region and the electric wiring substrate.

A manufacturing method of a liquid ejection head including:
- an element substrate including an electrode terminal;
- and an electric wiring substrate including a wiring portion electrically connected to the electrode terminal, wherein the electrode terminal is arranged in an end portion of the element substrate, the manufacturing method comprising:
- forming an insulating member in an end portion region between the electrode terminal in the element substrate and an end portion of the element substrate;
- and
- connecting the wiring portion of the electric wiring substrate to the electrode terminal of the element substrate.
