The invention provides a biaxially-stretched polyamide film having a thickness of 12 μm or less, which has high transparency and can be conveyed with suppressed wrinkling during secondary processing, such as off-line coating, vapor deposition, lamination, printing, and bag-making. The biaxially stretched polyamide film includes polyamide 6 as a main constituent component, wherein the film has an average thickness of 8 μm or more and less than 12 μm in each of a film flow direction and a film width direction, a standard deviation of thickness of 0.8 μm or less in each of the film flow direction and the film width direction, a static coefficient of friction and a kinetic coefficient of friction each being 0.9 or less on at least one surface of the film, a haze value of 7.0% or less, and a stress at 5% elongation of 40.0 MPa or more in the film flow direction.
