Abstract
A joining system includes a jig (20). A jig (20) includes a jig body (21) including a plurality of holding holes (22) each configured to hold a corresponding one of a plurality of workpieces (W), and a lid (25) configured to, when disposed on the jig body (21), cover the plurality of holding holes (22). A heater (30) heats the jig (20). An ultrasonic vibration applying device (80) applies ultrasonic vibration to the jig (20) during the joining, thereby applying the ultrasonic vibration to the workpieces (W) via the jig (20).
Claims15
A joining system comprising:
- a jig including:
- a jig body including a plurality of holding holes each configured to hold a corresponding one of a plurality of workpieces, each of the plurality of workpieces including a first component, a second component disposed above the first component, and a joining material disposed between the first component and the second component;
- and
- a lid configured to, when disposed on the jig body, cover the plurality of holding holes;
- a heater configured to heat the jig such that each of the plurality of workpieces is heated to effect joining of the first component and the second component with the heated joining material;
- and
- an ultrasonic vibration applying device configured to apply ultrasonic vibration to the jig during the joining, thereby applying the ultrasonic vibration to the workpieces via the jig.
