Abstract
Provided is a method for producing a concentrated liquid of a raw liquid using an ultrafiltration membrane, the method including: filtering the raw liquid through the ultrafiltration membrane at a transmembrane pressure equal to or higher than a critical pressure of the ultrafiltration membrane when A/B is 0.05 or more and 0.30 or less, provided that A is a molecular weight cut-off (MWCO) of the ultrafiltration membrane and B is a weight average molecular weight (Mw) of a solute in the raw liquid.

A method for producing a concentrated liquid of a raw liquid using an ultrafiltration membrane, the method comprising:
- filtering the raw liquid through the ultrafiltration membrane at a transmembrane pressure equal to or higher than a critical pressure of the ultrafiltration membrane when A/B is 0.05 or more and 0.30 or less, provided that A is a molecular weight cut-off (MWCO) of the ultrafiltration membrane and B is a weight average molecular weight (Mw) of a solute in the raw liquid.
