Steel plate counterweight dumbbell and its production process and method

A production process method for steel plate counterweight dumbbells, characterized by comprising the following steps:

• Step 1:
• First, install and fix the handheld sleeve in the middle of the handle side wall, and roll the flower on the handheld sleeve part of the handle to form an anti slip mesh surface;
• Step 2:
• Use a machine tool to create threaded grooves on both ends of the handle's side wall, and also create threaded grooves on the inner side of the locking component that match the handle's side wall, so that the locking component can be installed on the handle's side wall;
• Step 3:
• Merge multiple steel plates together using screws or riveting to form a weight bell, and then combine a set of dumbbells using multiple combined weight bell pieces. The weight of the dumbbells can be adjusted by replacing the combination pieces to adjust the user's product weight;
• Step 4:
• Cut and process the dumbbell rings composed of multiple steel plates to achieve the shape of a disc. Then, use a polishing machine to polish and deburr the disc-shaped rings. Finally, use a punching machine to drill holes in the middle of the rings, and the size of the holes should match the end face size of the handle;
• Step 5:
• Cut the two ends of the dumbbell ring using a cutting machine to complete the formation of the signboard;
• Step 6:
• Use the installation hole in the middle of the dumbbell ring to install it on both ends of the handle, and then install the locking element through internal and external threads, so that the locking element is supported on one end of the dumbbell ring and the other end of the dumbbell ring is supported on one end of the handheld sleeve, thus completing the support and fixation.
