- said metal alloy includes at least 55 wt. % of a combination of rhenium, molybdenum and metal additive;
- said metal alloy includes two or more of a) no less than 0.1 wt. % metal additive and wherein said metal additive includes hafnium, b) no less than 20 wt. % rhenium, and c) no less than 20 wt. % molybdenum.
A metal alloy that can be used to partially or fully form a medical device;
- said metal alloy which includes two or more metals selected from the group consisting of rhenium, molybdenum and hafnium;
- said metal alloy includes at least 55 wt. % of a combination of rhenium, molybdenum and metal additive;
- said metal alloy includes two or more of a) no less than 0.1 wt. % metal additive and wherein said metal additive includes hafnium, b) no less than 20 wt. % rhenium, and c) no less than 20 wt. % molybdenum.
