Abstract
It is an object of the present invention to provide a novel compound for use in preparation of a radiolabeled pharmaceutical capable of reducing accumulation in the kidney. As a solution, the present invention provides the following: A compound represented by the following formula (1) or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof: wherein R1, R2, L1, Y, and X1 are as described in the specification.
Claims8
A compound represented by the following formula (1) or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof:
- wherein
- R1s are each independently a hydrogen atom or a hydrocarbon group having 1 to 8 carbon atoms,
- R2 is a hydrogen atom or an organic group having 1 to 8 carbon atoms,
- L1 is a single bond or a linker group,
- Y is a monovalent group P derived from a protein or a peptide, a hydrogen atom, or a target molecule recognition element,
- X1 is a hydrogen atom or a pharmaceutically acceptable cation, and
- R2 and L1 are capable of binding to each other to form a nitrogen-containing heterocycle having 3 to 10 carbon atoms together with the adjacent nitrogen atom.
A compound represented by the following formula (2) or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof:
- wherein
- *M is 67Ga, 68Ga, 18F—Al, 64Cu, or 67Cu,
- R2 is a hydrogen atom or an organic group having 1 to 8 carbon atoms,
- L1 is a single bond or a linker group,
- Y is a monovalent group P derived from a protein or a peptide, a hydrogen atom, or a target molecule recognition element,
- X1 is a hydrogen atom or a pharmaceutically acceptable cation, and
- R2 and L1 are capable of binding to each other to form a nitrogen-containing heterocycle having 3 to 10 carbon atoms together with the adjacent nitrogen atom.
