Abstract
An anti-BDCA2 antibody-drug conjugate and the use thereof. The anti-BDCA2 antibody-drug conjugate comprises: an antibody targeting BDCA2 or an antigen-binding fragment thereof, a linker fragment (L), and a glucocorticoid molecule. Also provided are a preparation method for and the use of the antibody-drug conjugate.

An antibody-drug conjugate, comprising an antibody targeting BDCA2 or an antigen-binding fragment thereof, a linker fragment (L), and a glucocorticoid molecule, wherein the antibody targeting BDCA2 or the antigen-binding fragment thereof comprises:
- (1) HCDR1 with the amino acid sequence set forth in SEQ ID NO:
- 1, HCDR2 with the amino acid sequence set forth in SEQ ID NO:
- 2, HCDR3 with the amino acid sequence set forth in SEQ ID NO:
- 3, LCDR1 with the amino acid sequence set forth in SEQ ID NO:
- 4, LCDR2 with the amino acid sequence set forth in SEQ ID NO:
