• a HCDR1, HCDR2, and HCDR3 having amino acid sequences set forth in SEQ ID NOs:
• 1, 2, and 3, respectively;
• and
• a LCDR1, LCDR2, and LCDR3 having amino acid sequences set forth in SEQ ID NOs:
• 6, 7, and 8, respectively;
• and
• wherein q is a drug antibody ratio (DAR) from 3 to 5.

An antibody drug-conjugate of the following Formula:

• wherein Ab is an anti-claudin18.2 antibody comprising:
• a heavy chain having the amino acid sequence set forth in SEQ ID NO:
• 11, and
• a light chain having the amino acid sequence set forth in SEQ ID NO:
• 12;
• wherein conjugation to the Ab is at position Asn297;
• and
• q is a DAR from 3 to 4.
