Abstract
The present disclosure provides compositions comprising biogels and hydrogels comprising lipid nanoparticles (LNPs) comprising nucleic acids encoding target antigens along with modified immune cells or precursors thereof (e.g., T cells) comprising chimeric antigen receptors (CARs). Methods of treating disease (e.g., cancer) by administering said compositions to a subject in need thereof, are also provided.
Claims24
A method of treating a disease or disorder in a subject in need thereof, the method comprising administering to the subject:
- a porcine-derived decellularized extracellular matrix (dECM) biogel comprising a modified cell comprising a chimeric antigen receptor (CAR), wherein the CAR comprises an antigen binding domain, a transmembrane domain, and an intracellular domain.
A method of treating a disease or disorder in a subject in need thereof, the method comprising administering to the subject:
- a hydrogel comprising a lipid nanoparticle (LNP) comprising a nucleoside modified mRNA, and a modified cell comprising a chimeric antigen receptor (CAR),
- wherein the CAR comprises an antigen binding domain, a transmembrane domain, and an intracellular domain, and
- wherein the LNP/mRNA is released slowly over time.
