Abstract
An advanced glycation endproduct production inhibitor according to the present invention contains a Bacillus natto culture extract as an active ingredient. According to the present invention, since a Bacillus natto culture extract derived from a food material is contained as a main ingredient, it is possible to safely ingest the advanced glycation endproduct production inhibitor without worrying about side effects. In addition, mass production is possible and distribution to the market can also be easily achieved.
