Wax(es)-in-Water Emulsion(s) with a Non-Polar Non-Volatile Hydrocarbon Oil, a C12-C20 Monoalkyl Phosphate Neutralized with a Base, a Fatty Alcohol, a Pullulan, a Latex and a Pigment

Abstract

The present application relates to a composition for caring for and/or making up keratin materials, such as the skin, notably the contour of the eyes, the contour of the eyelashes, the contour of the eyebrows; keratin fibres such as the eyelashes and the eyebrows, in the form of an emulsion, in particular a wax(es)-in-water emulsion, comprising, preferably in a physiologically acceptable medium: a) an aqueous phase, and b) at least one oily phase dispersed in the aqueous phase comprising i) at least one wax; and ii) at least one non-polar non-volatile hydrocarbon oil; and iii) at least one fatty alcohol; and c) at least one C12-C20 monoalkyl phosphate, partially or totally neutralized with a base; and d) at least one pullulan; and e) particles of film-forming polymer suspended in the aqueous phase; and f) at least one pigment.
