Abstract
A cosmetic composition containing components (A) to (D) described below: (A) a film-forming polymer including an M unit represented by (R1)3SiO1/2 (in which R1 represents a hydrocarbon group having 1 or more and 12 or less carbons and being optionally substituted with fluorine, or a hydroxy group, and a plurality of R1 may be the same or different), and a Q unit represented by SiO4/2; (B) a film-forming polymer other than the component (A); (C) a high-molecular-weight organopolysiloxane; and (D) an organopolysiloxane other than the components (A) to (C), the organopolysiloxane having a polyalkylene oxide moiety and a cationic group.

A cosmetic composition comprising components (A) to (D) described below:
- (A) a film-forming polymer including an M unit represented by (R1)3SiO1/2, wherein R1 represents a hydrocarbon group having from 1 to 12 carbons and being optionally substituted with fluorine, or a hydroxy group, and a plurality of R1 may be the same or different, and a Q unit represented by SiO4/2;
- (B) a film-forming polymer other than the component (A);
- (C) a high-molecular-weight organopolysiloxane;
- and
- (D) an organopolysiloxane other than the components (A) to (C), the organopolysiloxane having a polyalkylene oxide moiety and a cationic group.
