Abstract
A hair treatment method comprising in order the following step (I) and step (II): (I) applying a hair dye composition A comprising the following component (A1) and component (A2) to hair to dye the hair: (A1) an oxidation dye, and (A2) hydrogen peroxide; and (II) applying a composition B comprising the following component (B1) and component (B2) and having pH of 8.0 or higher and 11.0 or lower to the hair: (B1) a certain melanin precursor or a salt thereof, and (B2) an alkali agent.
Claims7
A hair treatment method, comprising, in order:
- (I) applying a hair dye composition A comprising the following component (A1) and component (A2) to hair to dye the hair:
- (A1) an oxidation dye, and
- (A2) hydrogen peroxide;
- and
- (II) applying a composition B comprising the following component (B1) and component (B2) and having a pH of from 8.0 to 11.0 to the hair:
- (B1) a compound of the following formula (1) or a salt thereof:
- wherein the broken line represents the presence or absence of a π bond,
- R1 represents a hydroxy group or an acetoxy group,
- R2 represents a hydrogen atom or —COOR, wherein R represents a hydrogen atom, a methyl group, or an ethyl group, and
- R3 represents a hydrogen atom, an acetyl group, a methyl group, or an ethyl group, and
- (B2) an alkali agent.
A method for improving color retention of dyed hair, comprising, in order:
- (I) applying a hair dye composition A comprising the following component (A1) and component (A2) to hair to dye the hair:
- (A1) an oxidation dye, and
- (A2) hydrogen peroxide;
- and
- (II) applying a composition B comprising the following component (B1) and component (B2) and having a pH of from 8.0 to 11.0 to the hair:
- (B1) a compound of the following formula (1) or a salt thereof:
- wherein the broken line represents the presence or absence of a π bond,
- R1 represents a hydroxy group or an acetoxy group,
- R2 represents a hydrogen atom or —COOR, wherein R represents a hydrogen atom, a methyl group, or an ethyl group, and
- R3 represents a hydrogen atom, an acetyl group, a methyl group, or an ethyl group, and
- (B2) an alkali agent.
A method for improving color retention of artificially dyed hair, the method comprising:
- applying a composition B comprising the following component (B1) and component (B2) and having a pH of from 8.0 to 11.0 to the artificially dyed hair:
- (B1) a compound of the following formula (1) or a salt thereof:
- wherein the broken line represents the presence or absence of a π bond,
- R1 represents a hydroxy group or an acetoxy group,
- R2 represents a hydrogen atom or —COOR, wherein R represents a hydrogen atom, a methyl group, or an ethyl group, and
- R3 represents a hydrogen atom, an acetyl group, a methyl group, or an ethyl group, and
- (B2) an alkali agent.
A kit for dyeing hair, comprising:
- a hair dye composition A comprising the following component (A1) and component (A2):
- (A1) an oxidation dye, and
- (A2) hydrogen peroxide;
- and
- a composition B comprising the following component (B1) and component (B2) and having a pH of from 8.0 to 11.0:
- (B1) a compound of the following formula (1) or a salt thereof:
- wherein the broken line represents the presence or absence of a π bond,
- R1 represents a hydroxy group or an acetoxy group,
- R2 represents a hydrogen atom or —COOR, wherein R represents a hydrogen atom, a methyl group, or an ethyl group, and
- R3 represents a hydrogen atom, an acetyl group, a methyl group, or an ethyl group, and
- (B2) an alkali agent.
