An apparatus, kit and method for mixing, filtering, and dosing of a biological material

A capsule filling machine for flexible dosing of filtered biological material into capsules, closing, freezing and disposing of said filled capsules, said capsule filling machine comprising:

• flexible dosing means connected to the dispensing means of the handling machine
• means for holding the polymer bag for collecting, storing, mixing and/or filtering a biological material, the at least one polymer bag comprising a main compartment enclosed by:
• two opposing flat surfaces comprising polymer film,
• two lateral side walls,
• a bottom wall,
• a top wall,
• wherein at least one of the two opposing flat surfaces of at least one of the polymer bags of the kit, comprises multiple apertures;, containing the filtered biological material;
• a metal empty capsule separating disc, preferably comprising stainless steel;
• a metal empty capsule separating disc, where lower mould, preferably comprising stainless steel, said lower mould further comprising multiple holes and spit-ejector pins.
• a metal empty capsule filling/dosing disc, comprising multiple holes and spit-ejector pins.

A kit of a least one polymer bag for collecting, storing, mixing and/or filtering a biological material, the at least one polymer bag comprising a main compartment enclosed by:

• two opposing flat surfaces comprising polymer film,
• two lateral side walls,
• a bottom wall,
• a top wall,
• wherein at least one of the two opposing flat surfaces of at least one of the polymer bags of the kit, comprises multiple apertures, wherein the multiple apertures are initially closed by a thin film, preferably a thin polymer film by a separate polymer sheet, such as a polymer sheet.
