Abstract
Described herein are intervertebral fusion devices and their methods of use. Also described herein are interbody device systems and the methods of using the same.
Claims20
A system for treating a spine of a patient, comprising:
- a tube configured to be inserted into and/or proximate to an intervertebral space of the spine of the patient;
- an implant configured to be inserted through the tube;
- and
- a filler material configured to be inserted into the implant, wherein the filler material comprises a plurality of particles configured to interlock to form a load bearing structure within the implant in the intervertebral space.

An interbody implant configured to be implanted within an intervertebral space of a spine of a patient, comprising:
- a containment device configured to be advanced through a tube to the intervertebral space in a compressed configuration and expanded within the intervertebral space to an expanded configuration;
- and
- a filler material configured to be inserted into the implant when the implant is within the intervertebral space, wherein the filler material comprises a plurality of particles configured to interlock to form a load bearing structure within the implant in the intervertebral space.
