An implanted prosthesis for orthopedic surgeries having an axially extending dual inner chambers of variable dimensions communicates with an arborization system of transversal orifices to enable controlled distribution of orthopedic cement and osteo-stimulating substances to surrounding bone tissue. A middle-threaded portion facilitates syringe delivery: osteo-stimulating substances first enter the distal compartment to promote biological fixation and bone growth in the trochanteric area, followed by insertion of a sealing plug to isolate compartments and prevent mixing or leakage. Reduced-viscosity orthopedic cement is then injected proximally for primary fixation and stability in the femoral neck region. A collar and frustoconical neck with an axially aligned hexagonal orifice allow cement introduction and fixation via dynamometric screwdriver. Preferably unitary and fabricated by additive manufacturing from biocompatible metal alloy, the device achieves mixed fixation: primary mechanical stability proximally via partial cementation and long-term osteo-stimulation distally, preserving bone viability.
