Claims13
A method of manufacturing a breast implant, the method comprising:
- coating a surface of a breast implant mold structure including:
- a first mold portion having a first volume;
- a second mold portion having a second volume smaller than the first volume;
- and
- a connecting mold portion connecting the first mold portion and the second mold portion;
- forming, by hardening a coating liquid on the surface of the breast implant mold structure, a first breast implant shell including:
- a first shell corresponding to the first mold portion;
- a second shell corresponding to the second mold portion;
- and
- a hanging shell corresponding to the connecting mold portion;
- after separating a rod coupled to the first mold portion from the breast implant mold structure, separating the breast implant mold structure from the first breast implant shell;
- forming a second breast implant shell having a structure in which the second shell is suspended by the hanging shell in an inner space of the first shell by inserting the second shell and the hanging shell into the inner space of the first shell;
- closing a first opening formed as the rod is separated and formed to be exposed to outside at one side of the second breast implant shell;
- and
- closing a second opening formed to be exposed to outside at another side of the second breast implant shell opposite the one side as the second shell is inserted into the inner space of the first shell.
