Abstract
A computer-implemented method for monitoring data. A high-rate signal representing vital signs of a patient is obtained, the vital signs being measured by a plurality of remote sensors worn by the patient. The high-rate signal representing the vital signs is modelized. The modelized signal represents a behavior of the high-rate signal. An evolution of the modelized signal is temporarily adapted. An alert is triggered as a function of the temporally adapted evolution of the modelized signal.

A computer-implemented method for monitoring data, the method comprising:
- obtaining a signal representing vital signs of a patient, the vital signs being measured by a plurality of remote sensors worn by the patient;
- modeling the signal representing the vital signs to provide a modelized signal, the modelized signal representing a behavior of the signal;
- temporally adapting an evolution of the modelized signal;
- and
- triggering an alert as a function of the temporally adapted evolution of the modelized signal to provide an early detection of an acute exacerbation of a chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
