Abstract
The present invention is directed to an artificial turf pile yarn, an artificial turf structure, and a method for manufacturing the same, wherein an artificial turf structure having excellent antibacterial properties, shock resistance properties, and drainage properties are provided by adding antibacterial materials to an artificial turf pile yarn and applying a shock-absorbing drainage board having excellent shock resistance and drainage properties.
Claims7
An antimicrobial pile yarn for artificial turf, the antimicrobial pile yarn comprising 77 to 96 wt % of a polyethylene resin, 1 to 10 wt % of a light stabilizer, 1 to 5 wt % of calcium carbonate, and 2 to 8 wt % of a composite antimicrobial agent composed of paeonol and zinc oxide,
- wherein the composite antimicrobial agent is composed of paeonol and zinc oxide mixed at a weight ratio of 0.3 to 5:1, and
- wherein the antimicrobial pile yarn has antibacterial activity against Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, Klebsiella pneumoniae and Pseudomonas aeruginosa.
A method for producing an antimicrobial pile yarn for artificial turf, the method comprising:
- a first step of mixing 77 to 96 wt % of a polyethylene resin, 1 to 10 wt % of a light stabilizer, 1 to 5 wt % of calcium carbonate, and 2 to 8 wt % of a composite antimicrobial agent composed of paeonol and zinc oxide, thereby preparing an antimicrobial master batch for producing an antimicrobial pile yarn for artificial turf;
- and
- a second step of extruding the antibacterial master batch into a film and stretching the film, thereby producing a flat yarn;
- wherein the composite antimicrobial agent is composed of paeonol and zinc oxide mixed at a weight ratio of 0.3 to 5:1, and
- wherein the antimicrobial pile yarn for artificial turf has antibacterial activity against Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, Klebsiella pneumoniae and Pseudomonas aeruginosa.
