Disclosed is an aerosol provision device comprising a heating chamber configured to receive an aerosol generating article, an airflow chamber in fluid communication with the heating chamber, wherein the airflow chamber comprises an air inlet configured to admit air into the airflow chamber and a valve arranged between the heating chamber and the airflow chamber.

- a heating chamber configured to receive an aerosol generating article;
- an airflow chamber in fluid communication with the heating chamber, wherein the airflow chamber comprises an air inlet configured to admit air into the airflow chamber;
