Abstract
The present disclosure provides isolated Paenibacillus strains useful for fixing atmospheric nitrogen and enhancing crop yield, as well as inoculant compositions comprising one or more of the isolated strains, seeds that have been treated with one or more of the isolated strains, and methods of using the isolated strains to improve nitrogen content, crop yield, etc.

A composition comprising a plant propagation material that is at least partially coated with a treatment composition that comprises the isolated Paenibacillus graminis strain having the deposit accession number NRRL B-68249 (P. graminis NRRL B-68249), the isolated Paenibacillus kribbensis strain having the deposit accession number NRRL B-68250 (P. kribbensis NRRL B-68250), and/or the isolated Paenibacillus sonchi strain having the deposit accession number NRRL B-68251 (P. sonchi NRRL B-68251).
A method comprising applying P. graminis NRRL B-68249 and/or P. kribbensis NRRL B-68250 and/or P. sonchi NRRL B-68251 to a plant propagation material.
A method comprising introducing P. graminis NRRL B-68249 and/or P. kribbensis NRRL B-68250 and/or P. sonchi NRRL B-68251 into a plant growth medium.
