Abstract
The present application discloses a heat dissipation apparatus, a heat sink and an electrical device. The heat dissipation apparatus includes a heat sink and a first bursting component, the heat sink has a heat-exchange medium channel, the first bursting component is provided on the heat sink and is in communication with the heat-exchange medium channel.

A heat dissipation apparatus, comprising a heat sink and a first bursting component;
- wherein the heat sink has a heat-exchange medium channel, and the first bursting component is provided on the heat sink, and the first bursting component is in communication with the heat-exchange medium channel.
A heat sink, comprising a condensation end and a heating end,
- wherein the heating end is in communication with the condensation end, and the heating end and the condensation end form a circulation loop;
- wherein the condensation end comprises at least one condensation pipe, and at least one of the condensation pipes is defined as a second bursting component;
- and/or the heat sink further comprises an injection pipe for injecting a heat-exchange medium, and the injection pipe is defined as a second bursting component.
