Abstract
Disclosed is a mobile terminal and system that allows one video to be randomly played among a plurality of videos stored in association with an image. The disclosed mobile terminal: extracts a target image from a captured image captured by a camera; extracts a subject image corresponding to the target image from candidate images; receives, from a server, image content selected according to a predetermined rule from among a plurality of pieces of image content associated with the extracted subject image; and plays the received image content overlaying at least a partial area of the captured image on a display.
Claims20
A mobile terminal comprising:
- a camera;
- a display;
- memory in which candidate images are stored;
- and
- a processor configured to extract a target image from a photographing image captured by the camera, extract a subject image corresponding to the target image, among the candidate images, receive image content that is selected according to a predetermined rule, among a plurality of pieces of image content associated with the extracted subject image, from a server, and play back the received image content so that the received image content overlays at least some area of the photographing image on the display.
A system comprising:
- a first server in which candidate images are stored;
- and
- a second server in which a plurality of pieces of image content associated with each of the candidate images is stored,
- wherein the second server selects image content according to a predetermined rule, among a plurality of pieces of image content associated with a subject image extracted among the candidate images, and transmits the selected image content to a mobile terminal so that the selected image content overlays at least some area of a photographing image on a display of the mobile terminal.
