Abstract
A laminated core includes a plurality of annular thin pieces being stacked in the thickness direction thereof and including an Fe-based amorphous alloy having an amorphous microstructure, and has a ratio (Wθ/Wr) of less than 1.0, the ratio (Wθ/Wr being the iron loss Wθ in the circumferential direction of the thin pieces to the iron loss Wr in the radial direction orthogonal to the circumferential direction and the thickness direction.
Claims15
A laminated core comprising a plurality of annular thin pieces including an Fe-based amorphous alloy having an amorphous microstructure, the plurality of annular thin pieces stacked in a thickness direction of the plurality of annular thin pieces,
- wherein a ratio (Wθ/Wr) of an iron loss Wθ in a circumferential direction θ of the plurality of annular thin pieces to an iron loss Wr in a radial direction orthogonal to the circumferential direction θ and the thickness direction is less than 1.0.
A method for manufacturing a laminated core, the method comprising:
- a magnetic field annealing step of performing annealing of a laminated body in a magnetic field, the laminated body including a plurality of annular thin pieces including an Fe-based amorphous alloy, the plurality of annular thin pieces stacked along a thickness direction of the plurality of annular thin pieces,
- wherein the annealing is performed at an annealing temperature of less than a Curie point Tc (° C.) of the Fe-based amorphous alloy and (Tc-100)° C. or more in a state where a magnetic field is applied in a circumferential direction θ of the laminated body.
