A power line management method, wherein
- in a computer system including a memory storing a processing instruction and a processor, the processing instruction stored in the memory causes the processor to execute:
- a step of acquiring power load prediction information indicating prediction of a power load in a power line and power generation prediction information indicating prediction of power generated by a power plant in the power line;
- a step of determining a target range of a stability index for evaluating stability of the power line on a basis of the power load prediction information and the power generation prediction information;
- a step of generating, for each stability index in the target range, a simulation result indicating a voltage predicted over time for a predetermined bus in the power line,
- a step of designating, for a first stability index in the target range, the first stability index as stable in a case where a variation of the voltage per unit time in the simulation result is less than a predetermined variation threshold;
- a step of designating, for a second stability index in the target range, the second stability index as unstable in a case where a variation of the voltage per unit time in the simulation result is equal to or greater than the predetermined variation threshold, to generate stability index information indicating whether each stability index in the target range is stable or unstable;
- a step of acquiring, from the power line, power load information including a PES power load related to a power electronics system (PES) and a total power load related to the PES and a non-PES for each bus in the power line, and power generation information including a PES power generation amount related to the PES and a total power generation amount related to the PES and the non-PES for each bus in the power line;
- a step of calculating a PES power usage rate as a stability score regarding the power line on a basis of the power load information and the power generation information by dividing a sum of the PES power load and the PES power generation amount of each bus in the power line by a sum of the total power load and the total power generation amount of each bus in the power line;
- a step of generating a stability evaluation result indicating that the power line is stable, in a case where, as a result of comparing the stability score with the stability index information, it is determined that the stability score corresponds to the first stability index;
- a step of generating a stability evaluation result indicating that the power line possibly becomes unstable, in a case where, as a result of comparing the stability score with the stability index information, it is determined that the stability score corresponds to the second stability index;
- and
- a step of transmitting, to a power plant in the power line, a PES power generation amount suppression request for requesting suppression of a PES power generation amount, in a case where it is determined that the power line possibly becomes unstable.
