Abstract

A computer-implemented method, system, and non-transitory computer-readable medium for dynamically triaging declined virtual card transactions. A notification system receives declination data regarding a plurality of declined transactions using prefunded virtual cards, where each prefunded virtual card comprises a string of digits configured for digital online transactions. The notification system determines a decline reason for each declined transaction using rules-based decisioning and computes a severity rating for each declined transaction based on the decline reason. A first interactive graphical user interface comprising an interactive list view displays the declined transactions organized according to the computed severity ratings and is transmitted to an administrator device. Upon receiving an indication that at least one declined transaction has been resolved, the notification system dynamically re-computes updated severity ratings for remaining unresolved declined transactions and generates an updated interactive list view reorganized according to the updated severity ratings.

Dependent claims

A computer-implemented method for dynamically triaging declined virtual card transactions, the method comprising:

receiving, at a notification system comprising one or more processors, declination data regarding a plurality of declined transactions using prefunded virtual cards, wherein each prefunded virtual card comprises a string of digits configured for digital online transactions;
determining, by the notification system using rules-based decisioning, a decline reason for each of the plurality of declined transactions;
computing, by the notification system, a severity rating for each of the plurality of declined transactions based on the decline reason;
generating, by the notification system, a first interactive graphical user interface comprising an interactive list view displaying the plurality of declined transactions organized in a first order according to the computed severity ratings;
transmitting the first interactive graphical user interface to an administrator device for display;
receiving, from the administrator device via the first interactive graphical user interface, an indication that at least one of the plurality of declined transactions has been resolved;
dynamically re-computing, by the notification system, updated severity ratings for remaining unresolved declined transactions based on the received indication;
generating an updated first interactive graphical user interface comprising an updated interactive list view displaying the remaining unresolved declined transactions reorganized in a second order according to the updated severity ratings;
and
transmitting the updated first interactive graphical user interface to the administrator device for display, thereby dynamically updating the display to reflect current triage priorities.

one or more processors;

memory in communication with the one or more processors and storing instructions that, when executed, cause the notification system to:
receive declination data regarding a plurality of declined transactions using prefunded virtual cards;
determine a ranking of the plurality of declined transactions based on the declination data;
generate a first interactive graphical user interface comprising an interactive list view displaying the plurality of declined transactions in a first order according to the ranking;
transmit the first interactive graphical user interface to an administrator device for display;
receive, from the administrator device, an indication that at least one declined transaction has been resolved;
determine an updated ranking of remaining declined transactions compensating for the indication;
generate an updated first interactive graphical user interface comprising an updated interactive list view displaying the remaining declined transactions in a second order according to the updated ranking;
and
transmit the updated first interactive graphical user interface to the administrator device for display.

A non-transitory computer-readable medium storing instructions that, when executed by one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to perform operations comprising:

receiving declination data regarding a plurality of declined transactions using prefunded virtual cards;
determining a ranking of the plurality of declined transactions based on the declination data;
generating a first interactive graphical user interface comprising an interactive list view displaying the plurality of declined transactions in a first order according to the ranking;
transmitting the first interactive graphical user interface to an administrator device for display;
receiving, from the administrator device, an indication that at least one declined transaction has been resolved;
determining an updated ranking of remaining declined transactions compensating for the indication;
generating an updated first interactive graphical user interface comprising an updated interactive list view displaying the remaining declined transactions in a second order according to the updated ranking;
and
transmitting the updated first interactive graphical user interface to the administrator device for display.
