Abstract
A casino system in a casino using a gaming chip to which an RFID tag storing identification information is attached, comprising a registration device for registering the identification information of the gaming chip to be used in the casino, and a database for storing a list of the identification information registered by the registration device. The list includes status information that indicates whether or not the gaming chip is usable, and the registration device makes the status information usable for the gaming chip that has already been registered.

A casino system in a casino that uses casino item with an RFID tag that stores identification information, the casino system comprising:
- a registration device configured to register the identification information of the casino item to be used in the casino;
- a storage device configured to store a first list of the identification information registered by the registration device;
- and
- a reading device configured to read the identification information from the RFID tag of the casino item in a casino item handling location,
- wherein the first list includes each status information that is associated with each identification information of the casino item registered by the registration device and indicates whether the registered casino item is usable or unusable, and
- wherein the registration device is configured to set the status information usable for the casino item under a first condition, set the status information of the casino item for which the status information is usable unusable under a second condition, and set the status information of the casino item for which the status information is unusable usable again under a third condition.
