Systems and methods are disclosed for enforcing rights in an asset using a dual-token trust architecture. An asset to be held in trust is defined and stored in memory. A trustee token, representing custodial or fiduciary control of the asset, is generated and transferred to a trustee wallet address, with the transfer recorded on a blockchain. A beneficiary token is generated and transferred to a beneficiary wallet address distinct from the trustee wallet address. The beneficiary token functions as a cryptographic receipt evidencing one or more enforceable rights in the asset, while ownership or control of the asset remains with the trustee via the trustee token. The disclosed architecture separates asset custody from beneficiary rights and enables enforceable asset management across a wide range of asset types, including intellectual property rights, licenses, tickets or access credentials, digital currencies or stablecoins, and tokenized real-world assets.
