Industrial printing system, management server, and management method for performing a simulation to improve utilization rate, productivity, and reliability

A management server that manages a plurality of component apparatuses in an industrial printing system that performs production printing, comprising:

• an information acquisition unit configured to acquire one or any combination of utilization rate information, productivity information, and reliability information from the plurality of component apparatuses;
• an analysis unit configured to generate analysis information by comparing and analyzing the utilization rate information, productivity information, and reliability information acquired by the information acquisition unit;
• and
• a simulation unit configured to simulate one or any combination of utilization rate, productivity, and reliability based on the analysis information generated by the analysis unit in accordance with designation information that designates one of the plurality of component apparatuses.

A management method for managing a plurality of component apparatuses by an industrial printing system that performs production printing, comprising the steps of:

• acquiring from the plurality of component apparatuses one or any combination of utilization rate information, productivity information, and reliability information;
• generating analysis information by comparing and analyzing the acquired utilization rate information, productivity information, and reliability information;
• and
• simulating one or any combination of utilization rate, productivity, and reliability based on the generated analysis information in accordance with the designation information that designates any one of the plurality of component apparatuses.
