Abstract
A toner for electrostatic image development. The toner contains a binder resin and a colorant. The binder resin contains an amorphous polyester resin A having an ester group concentration of 5.0 mmol/g or more and 15.0 mmol/g or less, and the colorant contains carbon black having a BET specific surface area of 200 m2/g or more.
Claims17
A toner for electrostatic image development, comprising:
- a binder resin;
- and
- a colorant,
- wherein the binder resin comprises an amorphous polyester resin A having an ester group concentration of from 5.0 mmol/g to 15.0 mmol/g,
- the amorphous polyester resin A has an acid value of from 5 mgKOH/g to 30 mgKOH/g, and
- the colorant comprises carbon black has a BET specific surface area of 200 m2/g or more.
