Abstract

An electrode tape inspection device designed for continuously performing dimensional inspection of and detecting foreign substances with an electrode and tape attached to the electrode during an electrode taping process. The inspection device comprises a photographing unit and two illumination units for dimensional and foreign substance inspection. The photographing unit is configured to photograph the electrode and the tape attached to the electrode. The illumination unit designed for taking dimensional measurements is arranged to illuminate the tape in order to measure the tape and the electrode. The illumination unit for foreign substance detection is arranged to illuminate the tape to detect any foreign substances present with the tape and the electrode.
