Abstract
A heat source device including a lamp which radiates electromagnetic waves for generating radiant heat, a plate disposed between the electrode and the lamp and through which at least some of the electromagnetic waves radiated by the lamp pass, a distance sensor which detects a distance between the lamp and the plate, and a driving unit which controls the distance between the plate and the lamp is provided.

A heat source device configured to thermally dry a material with which an electrode is coated, the heat source device comprising:
- a lamp configured to radiates electromagnetic waves for generating radiant heat;
- a plate configured to be disposed between the electrode and the lamp and through which at least some of the electromagnetic waves radiated by the lamp pass;
- a distance sensor which detects a distance between the lamp and the plate;
- and
- a driving unit which controls the distance between the plate and the lamp.
