Abstract
A plug valve may include a body having a flow path formed therethrough to allow fluid to pass, a plug rotatably inserted into an interior of the body and having a through hole that selectively connects to the flow path through rotation, an insert provided between the body and the plug, and a body cap mounted on a lower portion of the body by fastening of bolts and supporting the plug and the insert.

A plug valve comprising:
- a body having a flow path formed therethrough to allow fluid to pass;
- a plug rotatably inserted into an interior of the body and having a through hole that selectively connects to the flow path through rotation;
- an insert provided between the body and the plug;
- and
- a body cap mounted on a lower portion of the body by fastening of bolts and supporting the plug and the insert.
