Abstract
Provided is an electronic expansion valve and an assembly method. The electronic expansion valve includes a valve seat portion having a valve chamber and a valve port; and a valve needle portion disposed in the valve chamber and including a large valve needle and a soft sealing member connected to the large valve needle, wherein the soft sealing member is configured to close or open the valve port, an annular sealing ring is formed at a position where an outer surface of the soft sealing member is in contact with an inner surface of the valve port, and at least a portion of the soft sealing member is located outside a region surrounded by the annular sealing ring.
Claims19
An electronic expansion valve, comprising:
- a valve seat portion, the valve seat portion having a valve chamber and a valve port;
- and
- a valve needle portion disposed in the valve chamber, wherein the valve needle portion comprises a large valve needle and a soft sealing member connected to the large valve needle, the soft sealing member is configured to close or open the valve port;
- the electronic expansion valve further comprises a guide sleeve, the guide sleeve is located in the valve chamber, and the large valve needle passes through the guide sleeve:
- the large valve needle reciprocates along the guide sleeve and is in sealing engagement with the guide sleeve:
- an outer diameter of the soft sealing member is greater than an outer diameter of a structure of the large valve needle located within the guide sleeve.
