Abstract

A quick-releasing linear actuator including: an electric motor; a transmission assembly transmitting a motor toque; a threaded shaft driven by the motor torque to rotate; and a drive nut thread-fitted on the threaded shaft and driven by rotation of the shaft to move axially along the shaft; a clutch member disposed on the shaft between the transmission assembly and drive nut, the member rotating synchronously with the threaded shaft and sliding axially along the shaft; and a release assembly including a release bar and shift lever, the release bar driving the shift lever to be displaced axially along the threaded shaft in a linear, reciprocal manner, the clutch member being driven by displacement of the shift lever so as to be engaged with or disengaged from the transmission assembly. This ensures a quick-releasing feature and simplifies the structure of the release assembly, which lowers precision requirements and improves reliability.
