A selective anchoring device (1) for raised floor sections comprising a support (2) for a section made with two component parts (3,4) opposite each other along a line (5) transversal to the floor, a first component part (3) being suitable for joining monolithically to the section, the other part (4) being secured by a structure outside said support; joining means (6) interposed between the component parts (3,4) and switchable when controlled between two limit conditions, in one of which they join the component parts (3,4) inhibiting their mobility relative to each other longitudinal to the transversal line (5), in contrast in the second condition disjoining the component parts (3,4) allowing their independent mobility relative to each other, along the transversal line (5); actuating means (7) for the switching of the joining means (6); and control means (8) for the actuating means (7), operating at a distance from the joining means.
