Granule and/or powder solid materials injection lance for injecting solid materials in the form of granules and/or powders into a metallurgical furnace

A granule or powder solid materials injection lance for injecting solid materials in the form of granules or powders into a metallurgical furnace comprising:

• a tubular housing having a central longitudinal axis and extending between a distal end and a proximal end axially opposite to each other and along which, starting from said distal end, a plurality of longitudinal segments follow one another:
• a feeding segment of solid materials in the form of granules or powders, a transporting segment of the fed solid materials and an outflow segment of the transported solid materials comprising an outflow opening at said proximal end;
• a plurality of distinct tubular ducts, arranged inside said housing, wherein each of said tubular ducts, has a longitudinal development axis and extends longitudinally between a first end, and a second end along at least one portion of said feeding segment, at which it has at least one first input mouth of a respective flow of solid materials in the form of granules or powders, and along at least one portion of said transporting segment ending in a output mouth of said respective flow of solid materials which is in fluid communication with said outflow opening, wherein the longitudinal development axes of said tubular ducts are non-coincident with each other and are parallel to said central longitudinal axis;
• and
• at least one feeding manifold for each one of said tubular ducts, wherein said at least one feeding manifold is associated with said housing at said feeding segment and is in fluid communication with said at least one first input mouth of the respective said tubular duct and is provided with at least one connecting junction couplable to a feeding source of said respective flow of solid materials.
