The present invention relates to compositions suitable for cell detachment comprising polypeptides with protease activity. The present invention further relates to polypeptides with protease activity, polynucleotides encoding said polypeptides, nucleic acid constructs and expression vectors comprising said polynucleotides, recombinant host cells comprising said nucleic acid constructs or expressions vectors, methods of producing said polypeptides, granules comprising said polypeptides, fermentation broth formulations comprising said polypeptides, and methods and uses employing said polypeptides.
