Abstract
The present invention relates to a composition and a method for amplifying ability of a mesenchymal stem cell to differentiate into an adipocyte. The composition of the present invention contains in vitro amplified and cultured mononuclear cell fraction, and is co-cultured with a mesenchymal stem cell. The method of the present invention is a method for amplifying ability of a mesenchymal stem cell to differentiate into an adipocyte comprising co-culturing in vitro amplified and cultured mononuclear cell fraction with a mesenchymal stem cell.
