Abstract
The curable resin composition at least contains a thermosetting resin and a composite powder containing cellulose nanofibers and a silicon-based porous material. The content ratio of the cellulose nanofibers and the silicon-based porous material is cellulose nanofibers:silicon-based porous material=1:5 to 1:20 on a mass basis. In the composite powder, the cellulose nanofibers at least adhere to a surface of the silicon-based porous material or enter pores of the silicon-based porous material. The content of the composite powder relative to 100 parts by mass of the thermosetting resin is 0.1 parts by mass to 10 parts by mass.

A curable resin composition at least comprising:
- a thermosetting resin;
- and
- a composite powder containing cellulose nanofibers and a silicon-based porous material,
- a content ratio of the cellulose nanofibers and the silicon-based porous material being cellulose nanofibers:silicon-based porous material=1:5 to 1:20 on a mass basis,
- in the composite powder, the cellulose nanofibers at least adhering to a surface of the silicon-based porous material or entering pores of the silicon-based porous material,
- a content of the composite powder relative to 100 parts by mass of the thermosetting resin being 0.1 parts by mass to 10 parts by mass.
