Abstract
The present invention provides a pharmaceutical composition comprising an effective amount of nucleic acid encoding a polypeptide comprising a pleckstrin homology (PH) domain, a variant or fragment thereof, wherein the fragment of the PH domain comprises a p85-SH3 interacting region (PSIR), and methods of treating cancer comprising administering the pharmaceutical composition to subjects.
