Abstract
A conveying system for conveying products (e.g. food products) has a planar motor drive system for contactless conveying of the products on a planar conveying surface, and a flat cover on the conveying surface of the planar motor drive system. The cover separates the planar motor drive system from the products and protecting it from contamination by the products. The cover is an elastic cover foil.
Claims20
A conveying system for conveying products comprising:
- a) a planar motor drive system for contactless conveying of the products on a planar conveying surface, and
- b) a flat cover on the conveying surface of the planar motor drive system, the cover separating the planar motor drive system from the products and protecting it from contamination by the products,
- c) wherein the cover is an elastic cover foil.
A method comprising:
- providing a conveying surface of a planar motor drive system in a conveying system for conveying products;
- and
- covering the conveying surface with an elastic cover foil.
