Conveyor device and automatic guided vehicle system

A conveyor device comprising:

• a conveyor having a plurality of rollers installed side by side in a transportation direction of an article, and transporting the article on each of the rollers by rotating each of the rollers;
• a guide frame extending in a horizontal direction along one end of each of the rollers, formed at a height higher than a circumferential surface of each of the rollers, and pivotally supporting one end of each of the rollers;
• and
• a support frame extending in the horizontal direction along the other end of each of the rollers, formed at a height lower than the circumferential surface of each of the rollers, and pivotally supporting the other end of each of the rollers,
• wherein in a top view in a vertical direction, an angle formed by an axis of each of the rollers with respect to the guide frame, that is, an angle on a downstream side in the transportation direction of the article is an acute angle set as a predetermined angle, and each of the rollers is disposed obliquely with respect to the guide frame, and
• wherein in a side view in the transportation direction of the article in the conveyor, each of the rollers has an inclination such that one end of the axis of each of the rollers is higher on the guide frame side and the other end of the axis of each of the rollers is lower on the support frame side than on the guide frame side.

An automatic guided vehicle system comprising:

• a conveyor device and an automatic guided vehicle,
• wherein the conveyor device includes
• a conveyor having a plurality of rollers installed side by side in a transportation direction of an article, and transporting the article on each of the rollers by rotating each of the rollers;
• a guide frame extending in a horizontal direction along one end of each of the rollers, formed at a height higher than a circumferential surface of each of the rollers, and pivotally supporting one end of each of the rollers;
• and
• a support frame extending in the horizontal direction along the other end of each of the rollers, formed at a height lower than the circumferential surface of each of the rollers, and pivotally supporting the other end of each of the rollers,
• wherein in a top view in a vertical direction, an angle formed by an axis of each of the rollers with respect to the guide frame, that is, an angle on a downstream side in the transportation direction of the article is an acute angle set as a predetermined angle, and each of the rollers is disposed obliquely with respect to the guide frame, and
• wherein the automatic guided vehicle that travels along a side end which is the support frame side of the conveyor,
• wherein the automatic guided vehicle includes an image capturing device capturing an image of a mark printed on a surface of the article facing the automatic guided vehicle when the article is being transported by the conveyor.
