Attachment Structure for Detection Device

An attachment structure for a detection device, the attachment structure comprising:

• a mudguard mounted on a vehicle body frame of a vehicle and arranged on a rear side of a wheel of the vehicle, including an outer face forming a wall on an outer side in a vehicle width direction and a rear face being connected to the outer face and forming a wall on a rear side in a vehicle length direction, and provided with an opening communicating the outer side and an inner side in the vehicle width direction on the outer face;
• a detection device provided for detecting an object on a side of the vehicle and arranged in the opening of the mudguard;
• and
• a bracket located in front of the rear face and arranged to overlap the outer face when viewed from the outer side in the vehicle width direction, directly or indirectly attached to the vehicle body frame at a first end, attached with the detection device at a second end, and cantilevering the detection device while the detection device is arranged in the opening.
