Abstract
The present disclosure relates to a battery pack and a vehicle system, and the battery pack includes a voltage sensor including a first resistor and a second resistor connected in series between a power supply supplying a certain voltage and a ground terminal, a case surrounding the first resistor and the second resistor, and a variable resistor connected in parallel between a first end and a second end of the second resistor and located outside the case, and a coolant leakage sensor configured to diagnose a leakage of a coolant when a voltage detected at a contact point of the first resistor and the second resistor falls within a reference range calculated based on a conductivity of the coolant.

A battery pack comprising:
- a voltage sensor comprising:
- a first resistor and a second resistor connected in series between a power supply supplying a certain voltage and a ground terminal,
- a case surrounding the first resistor and the second resistor, and
- a variable resistor connected in parallel between a first end and a second end of the second resistor and located outside the case;
- and
- a coolant leakage sensor configured to diagnose a leakage of a coolant when a voltage detected at a contact point of the first resistor and the second resistor falls within a reference range calculated based on a conductivity of the coolant.
A vehicle system comprising:
- a vehicle controller configured to set determine a reference range for determining a leakage of a coolant based on a conductivity of the coolant;
- and
- a battery pack configured to diagnose the leakage of the coolant based on the reference range,
- wherein the battery pack comprises
- a voltage sensor comprising a first resistor and a second resistor connected in series between a power supply supplying a voltage and a ground terminal, a case surrounding the first resistor and the second resistor, and a variable resistor connected in parallel between a first end and a second end of the second resistor and located outside the case;
- and
- a coolant leakage sensor configured to diagnose the leakage of the coolant when a voltage detected at a contact point of the first resistor and the second resistor falls within the reference range calculated based on the conductivity of the coolant.
