A computer implemented method for cleaning a self-cleaning marking head of an industrial printer, the computer implemented method comprising:
- obtaining, by the industrial printer, sensor data indicative of an operation of the self-cleaning marking head;
- determining, by the industrial printer, a service issue associated with the self-cleaning marking head based on the sensor data;
- executing, by the industrial printer, a self-cleaning operation of the self-cleaning marking head in response to the determined service issue.
30-39. (canceled)
An industrial printer comprising:
- a self-cleaning marking head;
- one or more processors;
- and
- a computer readable medium storing computer readable instructions, which when executed by the one or more processors cause the one or more processors to perform operations, the instructions comprising,
- instructions to obtain sensor data indicative of an operation of the self-cleaning marking head;
- instructions to determine a service issue associated with the self-cleaning marking head based on the sensor data;
- and
- instructions to execute a self-cleaning operation of the self-cleaning marking head in response to the determined service issue.
A computer readable medium storing computer readable instructions, which when executed by one or more processors cause the one or more processors to perform operations for cleaning a self-cleaning marking head of an industrial printer, the instructions comprising:
- instructions to obtain sensor data indicative of an operation of the self-cleaning marking head;
- instructions to determine a service issue associated with the self-cleaning marking head based on the sensor data;
